Birthing Hope: New Short Video on Birth Justice

Black Women Birthing Justice are featured in a short video compiled by Sarah Hoenicke, Sarah Cahlan and Drew Costley. Birthing Hope was created a part of an investigative journalist piece by Oakland North, and featured in the East Bay Express. It features birth justice activists, birthworkers, women sharing their birth stories and the powerhouse group Sistahs of the Drum performing at the launch of Battling Over Birth at Mills College, Oakland in the Fall.
